Privacy Policy

1. What data do we collect?

• First name, last name, patronymic
• Email, phone
• Date of birth, gender, country
• Anthropometry and health questionnaire (for training only)
• Training and payment history

2. Why do we use it?

• Conclusion of a contract and provision of services
• Safe EMS training (contraindications)
• Selection of a trainer and individual program
• Sending checks and notifications

3. To whom do we pass it on?

Only FFC employees (trainer, doctor, support) and contractor processors (payment system, email service, instant messengers). The list of contractors is in Appendix 1.

4. How much do we store?

Before revocation of consent + 3 years for financial statements. Health questionnaire - until the end of the contract.

5. Your rights

• Get a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Revoke consent and delete account
• Complain to the supervisory authority
